PTU To Hott To Handle/Emo Girl

Good Evening. this is my very first tutorial ever!

To Hott To Handle is made by me Shellez Creations and any simularities is purely coincidental

you nust have working knowledge of psp you may find psp here

I am using pspx2

PTU Scrapkit Emo Girl By Rebellious Scraps find her work at SWA

Tube I used is By Keith Garvey psp11042 Nina Girl find it Here

Ok Lets Get Started

Open A new image 600x600

grab shellez-tohotttohandle-mask and paste as a new image
grab the winged heart from Emo Girl scrapkit resize it 300 uncheck all layers

image/rotate/20 lft uncheck all layers
put it in the left upper corner
Grab tube of choice I am using Nina Girl By Keith Garvey
Image/Rotate/10 to the right put it in the bottom right corner

grab the bottle cap keychain from emo girl scrapkit
Image/Resize 250x250   all layers unchecked
put behind tube
Effects/drop shadow/vertical 2/horizontal 2/ Opacity 50/blur/5/color black

Image /rotate 20 right

Effects/drop shadow/vertical 2/horizontal 2/ Opacity 50/blur/5/color black

Grab Glitter Scatter from scrapkit
add drop shadow same as above
 grab badge 2 put in the left bottom corner
add drop shadow same as above


grab the lips1 image resize 100 uncheck all layers add drop shadow same as above move to the lower right
bottom right corner
now grab the shellez-toHott word art place on the right side middle in between
heart with wings and the badge
add all copyrights and tag with your Sig
resize 450x450 merge visible
save as a png.
